Selling real estate is a major part of who Lionel Lorence is as a person. He’s a skilled negotiator and takes great personal satisfaction in helping his clients achieve their goals. He believes that “people work hard to get where they are and it’s my job to negotiate the very best possible purchase or sale on their behalf”. Having been a major figure in the real estate market for over 49 years, Lionel’s skills and experience have earned him an award-winning track record and made him the only leading realtor who has been a member of the Vancouver Real Estate Board for 49 years.
Lionel Lorence is the only Realtor to achieve the recognized sales achievement award for the MLS Medallion Club of the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver for 49 consecutive years!
If you were to ask Clayton about his typical day it would sound rather hectic, but after 25 years in the business he handles it with great ease. It is his job to look after a majority of the house showings, book the appointments and perform the follow-up calls. You will see Clayton doing a variety of different jobs such as measuring the homes, signage and advertising. Clayton believes that “access into the houses they have listed is the most important step in getting their real estate sold”. It is with this belief that the Lorences have made themselves accessible to the public and other realtors 24 hours a day.
An addition to the Lorence Team but not new to the industry. Tammy has been selling real estate for 20 years and joined the Lorence team in 2003. Her personal service, market knowledge and commitment to making her clients’ real estate transactions successful are only a few of her trademarks. A consistent flow of referrals from past clients only shows the level of service she delivers. Daily updates and a consistent flow of communication is how she is able to produce the results her clients deserve. “My clients’ homes are often the largest asset they own and it is my responsibility to treat it as a business transaction – I ensure that I do everything I can to deliver the top dollar they deserve.”
Keeping everything organized in the paper department is how Marianne describes her role on the team. Being married to Lionel and his Managing Broker Agent 9.15 since 1973, she is a true veteran to the real estate business. Her organizational skills, handling of documents and scrutinizing of contracts is all second nature to Marianne who left her career as a teacher to join her husband in the business.
