Once your home is ready we will then proceed to implement a marketing strategy specifically designed to attract the market we are targeting for your home. From a professionally designed information package to floor plans and full Internet exposure, we have everything in place to ensure your home is given the maximum exposure prior to you looking at any offers. Our goal is to bring through as many qualified buyers to ensure we sell for the highest possible price. As our client, if you have any concerns about the type of marketing to be implemented, do not worry as every stage of the plan will be discussed and cleared through you first. We want to ensure that all of your concerns are addressed up front and the sale of your home is a positive experience.

If you were to ask Clayton about his typical day it would sound rather hectic, but after over 30 years in the business he handles it with great ease. It is his job to look after a majority of the house showings, book the appointments and perform the follow-up calls. You will see Clayton doing a variety of different jobs such as measuring the homes, signage and advertising. Clayton believes that “access into the houses they have listed is the most important step in getting their real estate sold”. It is with this belief that the Lorences have made themselves accessible to the public and other realtors 24 hours a day.
